TOFS attend major respiratory conference

This Thursday and Friday sees some of our trustees and volunteers representing TOFS at the British Thoracic Society’s Summer Meeting in Manchester.

Huge thanks to Caroline Love, Emma Grant and Kate Tyler, themselves adults born with OA/TOF, for braving the rail strike to be there in person and share their knowledge of OA/TOF with our medical colleagues.

Also making an appearance at the meeting are our latest banner and posters (see image gallery) which are raising awareness of the significant respiratory problems impacting some born with OA/TOF.

The British Thoracic Society is the largest respiratory membership body in the UK with over 4,000 members. This is the BTS’ first in person meeting in 3 years and emphasises the value of meeting colleagues, sharing experiences and having one-to-one interactions.
