The TaPSon project, a research study funded by TOFS, have published four papers.
TaPSon stands for Tailored Psychological Support Online is led by Dr. Vuokko Wallace, a Clinical Psychologist and an adult born with OA/TOF.
The four papers are:
- Anxiety and Depression in Parents of Children Born with Esophageal Atresia: An International Online Survey Study
- The lived experience of adults and parents: Transitioning from paediatric to adult health care with oesophageal atresia and tracheo-oesophageal fistula
- A Thematic Analysis Exploring the Psychological Well-Being of Adults Born with Esophageal Atresia
- Fear, isolation and the importance of support: A qualitative study of parents’ experiences of feeding a child born with esophageal atresia
