Live Q&A: Managing respiratory conditions with physiotherapy in children born with OA/TOF

3rd May @ 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm BST

How physiotherapy can help manage respiratory conditions in babies and children born with OA/TOF

Please join us for our next live Q&A session: How physiotherapy can help manage respiratory conditions in babies and children born with OA/TOF.

We will be joined by Laura Hopwood, Specialist Respiratory Physiotherapist working at Alder Hey Children’s NHS Foundation Trust.

Laura specialises in the assessment and management of children with complex respiratory conditions and is the lead physiotherapist in multiple MDT and physiotherapy lead clinics. Laura has a special interest in the respiratory management of children with primary ciliary dyskinesia, bronchiectasis, OA/TOF and those with complex neurological conditions.

Laura will be answering your questions around how physiotherapy can help manage respiratory conditions in babies and children born with OA/TOF.

The event will be held via Zoom on Wednesday 3rd May 2023, 7pm-8pm.

Please note that all questions must be submitted in advance (before Monday 17th April). This can be done when booking your place on the registration form or you can email your question directly to info@tofs.org.uk.

Questions received after the cut-off date may not be answered.

Whilst we can’t guarantee that all individual questions will be answered, we will try to work through as many as we can.

After the Q&A session, there will be an opportunity to stay behind until 8.30pm (if you wish) and chat with other parents/carers in small, informal groups.

The event is FREE and is open to all members of the TOFS Charity.

Please book your place as soon as possible and remember to submit any questions for the speaker by Monday 17th April.
