AN EXCITING NEW FEATURE ON THE TOFS WEBSITE FOR THE NEW YEAR - Now you can share the story of your TOF journey

Published: Thu, 31st December 2015, 08:36:00 PM
Many of you have told us that you would love to be able to record the story of your TOF journey. Now you can do that! We have created a section for “member stories” in the member’s area of the TOFS website. Here you can share with other TOF parents and TOF adults the problems you have faced and overcome and in doing so, we hope, give encouragement to others. If you are the parent or guardian of a TOF child it may be their story, or if you are an older TOF yourself, you can write your own story. There is no limit on how much you write, it is entirely up to you. Nor do you have to write it all at once. You can open, edit, and add to your story at any time. Better still there is a facility for you to add photographs to your story. Your story can only be read by others who are themselves registered members of TOFS. If you need any help or have any worries or concerns the website administrators will be happy to help you. Just send an e-mail to Webmaster@tofs.or.uk When you have published your story on the website remember to put a link on this Facebook group to let all your TOFS friends know that it is there for them to read. To help you get started I have uploaded a number of sample stories which have previously been published in the TOFS magazine “CHEW” In addition to the stories section you will see that we have also established a “member galleries” section, and a “member videos” section where you can upload all the pictures and videos which you would like to share. There is also a “member documents” section where you can upload interesting TOF related documents. Of course you do have to be a member of the TOFS charity in order to access the members only section of the site to post your story. If you are not already a member of TOFS just click the 'join' button above. It only takes five minutes or so to complete the online form . There is no fee, though we do ask you to make a donation if you can afford to do so. We look forward to reading your stories.
