The 2.6 Challenge - Get involved and help raise money for TOFS!

Published: Fri, 17th April 2020, 02:15:00 PM

A HUGE thanks to all who raised money for TOFS by taking part in the 2.6 Challenge!  All of your fundraising efforts are greatly appreciated!

Get involved and help raise money for TOFS! It’s estimated that the UK charity sector will lose a total of £4billion (including £66.4million from the London Marathon) due to the Covid-19 outbreak. The 2.6 Challenge has been created, a nationwide fundraising campaign set to help UK charities.

Businesses and individuals are encouraged to get involved by undertaking fundraising activities on, or starting from, April 26, the date which should have seen our successful TOFS runners taking part in the London Marathon.

All you have to do is get thinking of a fundraising activity based around the numbers 2.6 or 26 and complete it on or from April 26. Anything goes, get involved and be a Home Hero!

Fun home fundraising ideas to try:

Run 26 laps of your garden, juggle for 26 minutes, plank for 2.6 minutes, 2.6 mile stair climb, 26 question virtual pub quiz, Movie night on Netflix Party - £2.60 per ticket. The list is endless...
