Exciting Opportunity to join TOFS as our Digital Communications Lead!

TOFS is recruiting for the new and exciting role of Digital Communications Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, developing and optimising digital communications with our stakeholders and will be instrumental in enabling us to fulfil our ambitions for 2021/2022 in line with our five-year strategy. You will be able to see the impact of your work and feel good about the difference you make.  This is a new, exciting and multi-faceted role, using your skills in social media and copywriting to engage with our members and online community.  Technically competent, you will act as our digital expert, and be able to advise and collaborate with our partners on digital development; and you will identify and set up digital tools to help us engage intuitively and effectively.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To manage our digital presence to optimise engagement with stakeholders, via website, social media, and email campaigns
  • To create and produce compelling content, using video, audio and written communications to drive online engagement with the charity’s priority areas of work
  • To drive website restructure to help develop a rich intuitive experience for website visitors
  • To take the lead in scoping for an OA/TOF specific app, and play a key role in its development
