Take part in the Captain Tom 100 and help to raise funds for TOFS!

Last April Captain Tom Moore set out to walk 100 laps of his garden and raised an incredible £38.9 million for the NHS Covid-19 appeal. This year, to mark what would have been his 101st birthday, the Captain Tom 100 challenge has been launched!

Anyone can take part in a challenge of their choice, it just has to be themed around the number 100 and completed anytime and anywhere between Friday 30 April and Monday 03 May.

  • Think up your 100 challenge, this can be anything from walking for 100 minutes or doing 100 bounces on a trampoline to baking 100 cakes or writing 100 letters
  • Fundraise for TOFS
  • Share your 100 challenge on social media and use #CaptainTom100

We’d love to see what challenges you decide to take on so please share your photos and stories with us on the TOFS Facebook group or email us at  For more information and challenge ideas visit “Tomorrow will be a good day”!
