The TOAST trial – Does anti-reflux medication prevent strictures?

Speaking at our “Improving Care in OA/TOF” seminar in London, Nigel Hall, Professor of Paediatric Surgery, University of Southampton, gives an update on the TOAST study. The study aims to determine whether suppressing gastric acid soon after the repair of oesophageal atresia plays a role in preventing strictures through a randomised controlled trial.
