Kidney transplantation in an adult patient with VACTERL association.

This looks at a patient born with VACTERL and kidney abnormalities whose kidney function deteriorated to the point of needing transplantation as an adult, and highlights that the bladder anomalies in VACTERL patients puts them at higher risk of transplant rejection.
