We are very proud that we have 4 TOFS allocated and a number of own place runners training hard for the Great North Run in Newcastle this year, all in aid of TOFS. Our sincere thanks to them all.
Join us to cheer on our amazing running heroes on Sunday 11th September. No experience necessary, just lots of enthusiasm, and together we can make the TOFS stand a noisy spectacle.
We plan to be a few minutes’ walk from Heworth Interchange Metro Station (which also has a large car park – bear in mind road closures).
When you arrive at Heworth Interchange, face the A184 (running route) and head right in a straight direction at any junctions. We will keep to the same side of the metro station (see map). Look out for our banners and flags!
