TOFS can support you throughout your OA journey. We operate a network of TOFS Local Contacts – our TLCs – who are available to talk to. Our TLCs are volunteers, mainly parents, with experience of OA/TOF. We also manage a private Facebook group where members can support each other and endorse a second for the adult OA/TOF community.
TOFS members can access our TLCs direct contact details by logging in.

TOFS facilitate a private self help group on Facebook for parents and carers of OA/TOFS.
We also facilitate a second private group for adults born with OA/TOF.
