Who can attend?
Please note, all Members and Associates are welcome, although only those with a membership status of “Member” can vote.
If you wish to check or amend your membership status, you can do so via the “Update My Details” page in the Members’ Area of the TOFS website.
Please also note that, per the Companies Act 2016, those with a membership status of Member are entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote on their behalf at this meeting, (Please contact the TOFS office for further details should you intend to do this).
