To’neill is a Senior Lecturer teaching finance and accounting.
In July 2025, To’neill became TOFS Honorary Secretary after being appointed to the Council of Management in April. She also volunteers as a TOFS TLC in South Manchester, and is part of the Pastoral Support team as well as the Project and Strategy sub committee.
Other than supporting TOFS, she enjoys wildlife, crafting and spending time with her husband and son in Stockport.
Her son was born with OA long gap in 2021 and underwent major surgery at 1 month old. His repair was done via jejunal interposition after which he suffered with major reflux for the first 18 months of life. He is currently learning to eat, and is primarily tube fed via gastric peg.
TOFS has been a support to her family, volunteering is especially important to To’neill as promoting awareness of TOFS, oral aversion, peg feeding and neonatal experience remains paramount to her.
