Maternal risk associated with the VACTERL association: A case-control study.

This paper investigates whether parents using assisted reproductive techniques such as IVF, ICSI, GIFT, and egg donation, artificial insemination and induced ovulation have an increased risk of a child with VACTERL (the study suggests there is an increased risk) and whether if mum has a chronic lower lung disease there is an increased risk of VACTERL (this paper says no risk is seen).
