In his second presentation at the “Improving Care in OA/TOF” seminar in London, TOFS trustee and board director of EURORDIS, Graham Slater explores the collaborative efforts underway globally to address OA/TOF.

Graham highlights the work of ERNICA, the European Reference Network for rare Inherited and Congenital (digestive and gastrointestinal) Anomalies and how patient representatives play a pivotal role to ensuring a holistic approach to care.

The concept of the “patient journey” is also discussed as are the challenges in transitioning patients to adult care.
